Meet Dr. Francisco L. Chuy

Dr. Francisco L. Chuy, M.D., is a board-certified internist fluent in both English and Spanish. He completed his medical training in Chicago, Illinois at Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital - a University of Chicago Hospital Affiliate. He has been in practice for over 30 years as a General Practitioner and specializes in complex and chronic cases.

During the span of his career, he has had the opportunity to be at the forefront of providing care during the height of the AIDS Epidemic and the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Because of his interest in academics, he is on staff at multiple teaching hospitals in the Chicago area, supervises resident physicians, and mentors medical students at all levels of training.

In his free time, Dr. Chuy enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and traveling.
